(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (§ 13 BGB).

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The stated prices include the statutory VAT and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will take place within 5 working days at the latest. The period for delivery begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank commissioned with the transfer, and for all other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer only upon delivery of the item to the buyer, even in the case of a mail-order purchase.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
